This study suggests that implementing RRT and data-driven quality improvement can
improve CPR outcomes. Adapt this approach for optimal CPR care outside of the ICU.

                  สรุปและข้อเสนอแนะ
The findings suggest several important implications for hospital CPR protocols. First, the
implementation of an RRT, consisting of trained nurses and physicians, can significantly improve

CPR outcomes by providing timely and expert assistance during emergencies. This underscores
the importance of having dedicated teams readily available to respond to critical situations
outside of the intensive care unit (ICU).
Second, the study highlights the value of data-driven quality improvement initiatives in

optimizing CPR care. By analyzing CPR outcomes and identifying specific issues, such as staffing
and procedural challenges, hospitals can tailor interventions to address these deficiencies
effectively. This approach may include training healthcare providers, standardizing procedures,

and utilizing feedback mechanisms to continuously enhance CPR quality.
Overall, hospitals should consider adopting similar strategies, such as implementing RRTs and
data-driven quality improvement programs, to enhance CPR outcomes and improve patient
survival rates in non-ICU settings. Regular evaluation and adaptation of these protocols are
essential to ensure ongoing effectiveness and responsiveness to evolving healthcare needs.
